Our October Golf Clinic is being held at The Green Room Golf Performance Centre in North Vancouver.

The Green Room Golf Performance Centre is a revolutionary golf facility formed through a partnership of established local golf companies and has some of the best high-tech golf performance equipment anywhere.

Five Trackman Bays
On display is the best ball flight analysis system on Planet Golf — as featured on the Golf Channel at every major PGA tournament. Green Room features no less than five Trackman bays, all with 12x9 screens, allowing you to see how you hit a golf ball, with all the technological smarts once reserved by the military for downing incoming missiles!

High Definition Golf Simulator
The IST High Definition Simulator is the only one of its kind in BC. The 12x9 screen faithfully replicates every fairway, bunker and water hazard on courses that are the dream destination of every avid recreational golfer including Pebble Beach and Pinehurst in addition to 14 other world famous courses.

SAM Putt-Lab
The Green Room also features the SAM PuttLab system, which is quite simply the best putting analysis and development tool anywhere.

3-D Motion Swing Analysis
With this technology, we can view the golf swing from nearly any angle – e.g., front, back, top, below. We can measure the true angles of any body segment or golf club – e.g., forward bend, side bend, and rotation. These measurements are the true angles of any joint – abduction/adduction, pronation/supination, bowing/cupping (flexion/extension). We can also measure accurately the 3D velocities and accelerations both linear and angular and at x, y, z axis, both absolute and relative, as well as throughout the swing at specific points (e.g., address, top, impact, finish, halfway points).

Cost & Itinerary:

I have booked the facility for the day and need 24 people at $32.00 a person to cover the rental costs. This price will include a subway lunch with beverage.

To get the most out of the facility, we need to break up into two groups of 12. One 12 person session from 10am-12pm and the other session will run from 1-3pm

Each session will be broken into 3 groups of 4 and these groups will rotate stations every 40 minutes.

4 on the Golf Simulator
4 in the Trackman bays
2 using the SAM Putt Lab (switch after 20 minutes)
2 using the 3D Motion Analysis (switch after 20 minutes)

The 3D motion analysis system takes a full hour per person so we will be using the golf club only instead of a being fully suited.

After 2 hours we will meet in the Green Room Lounge for a Subway platter lunch and socializing.

I visited the Green Room recently and was thoroughly impressed with the equipment and detailed analysis. I have never experienced anything more effective at fixing swing faults than the equipment I used at the Green Room Golf Performance Centre.
