I started when I was a young teenager, took a hiatus from it for 13 years in my late teens, and re-started again in about 2000, my thirties. Problem is I love to try to new things.
My handicap is was about 12.8. I have made some great improvement to my game since studying/learning the Mike Austin swing method particularly, (and before that the 4 fundamental principles of '4 Magic Moves to Winning Golf,' using the cross handed putting grip.
Regulation sized courses, but I have nothing against a good executive course, or pitch and putt with good greens!
As of 2013, I haven't been out all that much. I try to get out once a month lately.
Yes. Really like the Monday Golf groups headed up by Greg. I would like to start a 'Match Play' ladder, like Squash Ladder, whereby participants can organize and play a match with another player (one on one) or partner matches (different category).
