New Tech Fort Collins

Our first meeting at CooperSmith's with a free buffet table was a hit! (Plenty of ice water too) Attendees completed a survey and May changes include: Moving the buffet table, microphone, and presenters to the other end of the room. (The quiet area). Using both TV monitors.

Presenters are traveling from Denver and Loveland to make it a special meeting.

George Ira Carroll, georgeiracarroll.com, Denver. George is a Transformational Artist who aims to free people from limitations so they can create a business that supports their goals. George facilitates live and online events all over the world helping people transform any area of their life.

Steve Martinez, Tableau Software, Denver. Tableau Software is for anyone who wants to visually interact with their data. With Tableau you can create amazing interactive visuals and publish them quickly, without the help of programmers or IT.

Paul Baron, founder of Thrive. Paul is an entrepreneur with multiple startups to his credit. We will learn about what to do when you are forced to wait for doctors, car repair, elevators, bathrooms, etc. Thrive uses the latest technology to deliver media messages that could impact us all.

Join us in Fort Collins for the familiar New Tech format:

  • Educational segment
  • Startup pitches/presentations
  • Great audience feedback with Q & A
  • There's food and plenty of room for socializing before and after
  • Free appetizers all evening

If you have a suggestion for a presenter, let us know!

If you build software for any platform (web, desktop, SAS, Andorid, etc…) or offer services to the New Tech community (design, development, marketing, real estate, head hunting) add your company to the New Tech Map. http://www.bdnt.org.

Appetizers sponsored by Rob Bogue of TEKsystems.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
