Our Challenge continues to be staying in contact with our rural clients for timely alerts / messages / and communications.
We are getting ready to launch a new wordpress site and want to take full advantage of it. We are fairly unsavvy but have lofty goals.
Goals include developing a buddypress application so that members can develop sharded rides with neighbors hopefully on the fly.
Also, we need to put Ward on an on call service for the mornings. We need Ward residents to tell us the night before if they need a morning lift. How, besides fielding phone calls cane we do this? Should I have a phone number linked to a web site calender than be checked in the AM by our drivers?
Summary: more sophisticated rideshare app and internet/call and ride for ride service.
