3D Strong Fitness is making fitness and health affordable. The first 40 minutes of each meet up will be yoga, small group training or a boot camp style fitness. The jam backed 40 minute workout has weight loss moves guaranteed to help you meet your fitness goal. We will also teach you have to rehabilitate injuries and prevent future injuries. The last 20 minutes you will learn new tips and tricks to take control of you and your family’s health, to add more vitality to your life. What do I need to bring to the class ? Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, a mat, a towel and a good attitude. Can't wait to see you there!!!
