Hi, I am Vany and have been in the city for 3 months... sparky has been with me since 1997 and is my blessing in desguise... he loves to play and fetch.. God gave him some great howling lungs (which I am trying to keep in the downlow in my apartment)

Sparky -- brown/black and white -- male. December 31, 1997. Kinda big -- 35 lbs....
Which dog runs do you live near?
Madison Square Park -- don't know of any other runs-- a bit new to the city -- but am willing to learn!
Where did you get your beagle(s)?
Pet shop in Jersey....

"Sparks and I just moved to the city... he is a bit overwhelmed and afraid of other dogs at this time and so far he is my shadow at the park but I do hope he meets some friends and stops hiding behind me."

“ Hello There---you dont know us (yet) but I wanted to send out my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. My Burton was diagnosed w a rare form of Thyroid cancer at the age of 8 last yr and he underwent surgery and chemo. Hes still with me and doing well so far but every day I am in agony over this. I can only imagine the loss you must be feeling. Always be thankful for the wonderful times your Special Sparky shared with you and know you have dog loving supporters out there everywhere! Just saw your posting about Sparky. Never met you or Sparky but I want to express my condolences. It sounds like Sparky lived a long, full life and was very loved. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
