Self -Defense, Firearms, CCH, CPR

I retired from the N.C. Division of Prisons in 2002 after 29 yrs. where I worked in Security, Diagnostics, Classification & Staff Training as a Criminal Justice Instructor. I made decisions on how to manage the most violent & volatile inmates. I've studied criminal behavior and criminal law for most of my adult life.

I worked as an EMT & Paramedic for 4 yrs. after retirement.I'm NRA Certified as an Instructor in Handgun, Rifle, Personal Protection in the Home, and a Range Safety Officer. My handgun classes concentrate on combat/self-defense shooting. I teach concealed/carry handgun classes, unarmed self defense, and CPR. I hold 3 Black Belts in 3 forms of Martial Arts. My unarmed self-defense classes concentrate on how to avoid an attack, and using techniques to over come a larger, stronger attacker. My lesson plan includes information valuable to women, and men who care about women. I can work with you on schedules. Contact me for more information.
