The East Burn and Oregon Beer Odyssey present a new class on hoppy brews during Oregon Craft Beer Month!
Last month, we held a tasting that guided folks through the different families of world hops. This month, learn about the differences between some of the most popular hop varietals used in American craft brewing today. You'll learn about the difference betweeen Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe, Amarillo, and more. Taste some world class IPAs, pale ales, pilsners, barley wines, Cascadian dark ales, and more as you develop an even deeper knowledge of and appreciation for the hop.
If you love hoppy beers, this is a must-take class!
As with all OBO events, there will be a guided tasting followed by time for mingling and getting to know the other folks.
Please only RSVP if you are certain that you will come!
