The Highland/New Familiars show in NoDa!

Hoge from Highland is organizing a Pre party/ Meet and Greet with the band at Revolution pizza before the show. The date is April 10th. We will have specials at Revoluton Pizza and a pint nite also. It's cool to have the club getting involved with NODA. The cost of the band at the Neighborhood Theatre is $10 before the show and $12 the day of the show. Charlotte Beer Club Rocks NODA with the New Fammiliars!

Sorry for the confusion but in the section where it says how to find us it said "I will not be there, look for Hoge and other CBC members".

We got there around 7 with 2 more guests (4 of us in all). The CBC was not in plain site and the hostess did not know what the deal was, but she did find out a little later. In my opinion, the group should be visible (a sign or something). It was not our first event (our 3rd actually), but I wonder what new memBeers would think if this was their first event. We did find Hoge as we met him at our first event at Salvadore Deli, but he was the only group member that we had any contact with. I am not even sure how many CBC people were even there.

I got too drunk on highland to enjoy the show. Maybe we need to rethink these combo meetings. Thanks Hoge. Thanks a lot.

The Charlotte Beer Club is for everyone! Our group is forthe beginner that is interested in learning more about beer to the seasoned veteran. We are about 50% women & 50% men. Most of our events are free, just pay your own tab. We do host plenty of free tastings as well.
