Being Breath Journeys are intended to teach individuals how to use the power of breath to integrate body, mind and spirit for a more whole experience of their sexuality. We do this through teaching somatic breathing to feel pain relief, more pleasure, and increased life-force energy in the body. This breathing becomes a practice for a lifetime. Journeys are perfect for singles and couples curious about l how breath can deepen intimacy with ourselves and our relationships. 

Typical Journey - 2 hours
First 30 mins 
Pelvic movement, breath & sexuality teaching to prepare for experiential. 

Middle 60 mins 
Transformational Breath Experiential: Guided breath and visualizations to relax, feel your body, breath, life force energy, healing, desires, intentions, and manifestations. 

Last 30 mins 
Integration/Sharing/Teachings
