The Art of Cultivating Presence - Our Weekly Experience

Join us for a weekly gathering that promotes self-love and inner-peace.

The art of cultivating presence is a path of coming into consciousness. Simple. It doesn't start easy but it's the simplest beauty of being alive - being yourself fully!

Becoming present is an art because it reflects the emergence of your deepest self. Our gatherings serve as a reminder and space for the unraveling and reweaving of your natural state of being.

Learn to navigate the journey of life and come back to your heart. Every week, We explore new conversation-starters and encourages self-expression in community.

This is no seminar, dharma or workshop. This is about waking up and coming into consciousness.

Come to remember who you are. Restore your faith, uncover your love and allow your art to emerge from within.

Ancient text, wisdom and people have their place in the unfolding of the present, and yet we are here to write the next chapter. We don't follow any ritual, discipline or dogma and yet we are inclusive of everything. We practice just being. In community.

Our gatherings have 3 "parts"...

1. The conversation starter: Every week we explore a new topic/theme/concept.

2. Stillness: We make room for space & stillness.

3. Discussion: We self-explore by sharing and listening.

Our gatherings are intended to cultivate the experience of peace within yourself.  The experience itself unfolds and builds on your presence.

Soften. Trust yourself again.  Uncover your essence, share your gifts, and free your creative imagination...

Join us in discussions and moments of stillness.

See you on Tuesday,

How do you experience your longing?

Allow space to generate the answer...
