Planning on going on a 1 HR slow trail run. Start up by the parking area then run along the fence trail to the Gnome, fence trail to the secret squirrel, 1-9er trail, and back :)
The trails aren't hard, just a little rocky at spots and some short hills. BUT, YOU MUST WEAR GOOD TRAIL RUNNING SHOES AND HAVE RAN LONG DISTANCES RECENTLY.
This is for those of you that want to go on a slow (10 minute mile pace) and burn a lot of calories. Running time of 1 HR without stopping is the standard on this run. This will be my last one for about a month, due to my work schedule.
Recommend that you leave your water and snacks in your vehicle for this one.
Meet at the trailhead (the popular parking area at the 90 degree turn in the road before you get to the park gate).
