Carpool to Monday evening track workouts

A few of us have been attending the Seattle Greenlake Running Group Track workout on Monday evenings at 630pm. This has come up in conversation a few times and we thought it did not make sense for us all to drive over. I have room for 4 in my car and can fit five if needed.

The track is the single best place for you to work on speed. I recommend it for every runner at any ability.

As a general rule we grab a quick nibble after so plan on a return time around 9pm unless you need to get back and we will head straight back and arrive close to 8pm.
