Meet at Track Gate...you can run distance run around the neighborhood or join us for the Track Workout! Track Workout: We will do a 3-4 lap warmup followed by speed drills designed to improve your racing times and your running form. Strides Laddering 100s 200s 400s 800s Situps and core work Stretching for flexibility If you dont feel like throwing up at the end, you did not work hard enough!
