I started this group to meet more beginner runners to train with. I have been running since high school, but I have stopped and started up over and over again.
Double digits every Saturday and eventually get fast enough to run a 4 hour marathon. New York Marathon, Paris Marathon, Disneyland Marathon

Depends on the distance: I train for long runs at 12-13 min pace, but I can race at 10-11 minute pace for 5K or 10K.
3-4 times a week. I prefer AM, but I also do some PM runs when it is light later.
I like to train with others, & I am always looking to meet new people, especially new runners...I am a slow runner, around 11-13 minute pace. Lately, I have been a walker since I hyperextended my knee...so u can walk with me or run with the runners.
