It is a modern, American style inspired by the dance, music, and costumes of tribal cultures from along the Silk Road. It's the foundation for many other styles of tribal belly dance. ATS relies on a system of moves, formations, and non-verbal cues to create improvisational dances that look choreographed but are spontaneous and interactive. As you learn the system you will experience the camaraderie and exhilaration of dancing ATS!
