Sun, March 25 - Workshops

11am - 1:30pm - Trancelike Taksim
Technique and combinations. This workshop will explore taksim and how to interpret it with various musical compositions. You will discover the secrets of trance-dance techniques incorporating classic belly dance and yoga. Bring kneepads, zills and socks.

3 - 5:30pm - Belly Dance Bharata Natyam Style
Technique and choreography blending classical Indian dance with classical belly dance into a fast-paced, high powered dance routine. Bring ankle bells (not absolutely necessary but fun and affordable).
