Performer, teacher, and choreographer, I have studied classic ballet, modern ballet, and belly dancing since childhood (in my hometown Istanbul, and in New York), and I'm dedicated to the beautiful art of belly dancing.
Through friends
I grew up in Istanbul where Belly Dance and music is part of the culture, but never knew, up until i started studying it, how difficult it was to master the technique! I had a career switch from marketing to professional performer, and never been happier, and healthier..
I have been a Professional Belly Dancer and teacher for about 6 years. I grew up studying classic ballet as a child, and later on in my life tried other dance styles, and finally found my passion in Belly Dance.
Belly Dancing, any type of dancing, music, arts, books, writing
I joined this group to stay in touch with the Bellydance community; network, share interests, ideas, etc

Dance for the Dead & Fund Drive for Restoration of Harsimus Cemetery
"Despite the rain, Cindy & Suzahn were able to perform when sun came out, & wonderful solos and duets! Music and historic Jersey City Cemetery that would be wonderful setting for another reprise of "Dance for the Dead" on Hallowmas!"
