Practice mindfulness meditation in the tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Our practice has its roots in Zen Buddhism. We are also known as "Peaceful Heart Sangha". We meet most the first, second and third Sundays from 4pm-6pm for mindful sitting and walking meditation, tea, and discussion. On the fifth Sunday of the month we usually have a social event.
We are often asked if we teach meditation classes for beginners. We do not. You can learn from attending our practice and reading and we do offer retreats with teachers.
