Practice mindfulness meditation in the tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. We are also known as "Peaceful Heart Sangha". We meet most Sundays from 4pm-6pm for mindful sitting and walking meditation, tea, and discussion. Our practice has its roots in Zen Buddhism.
We strive to make our sangha a welcoming place. If you are new to our group, please consider first attending on the 2nd and 4th Sundays when we have a shorter periods of sitting.
