All we played in Japan was Settlers of Catan. Now, it's mainly Twilight Struggle, Power Grid, Chaos in the Old World, Cosmic Encounter, Alien Frontiers, Dominant Species, Rattus and others.
Whenever I can, which usually means when there's enough people who are game for it.
I'd like to meet new people who have an interest in board games, so I figure that joining a gaming group would be a good way to do it. Don't worry; I'm a casual gamer and not a hardcore one so I don't care about/concentrate on trying to win. I can teach Alien Frontiers, Power Grid, Twilight Struggle, Earth Reborn (to a certain extent), Settlers of Catan, Chaos in the Old World, Dominant Species, For Sale, High Society, Rattus.
Nope, no particular style unless you count "having fun and not caring about winning" as a style of play.

Hi, my name is Stephen. I got into modern board games when I was living in Japan for three years, so I'm interested in playing some other ones.
