Next month's topic is going to be on global warming... Is it actually happening? Is it man-made? What we should do about it if it is indeed happening? My first impulse is that it's ridiculous to doubt it, but there are quite a few books with contrary viewpoints.
Instead of voting on 2 books or articles to read, this month I thought we could try something different based on member feedback. To cut down on time commitments, it might be better if everyone just picked one book or article to read, and could then summarize that for the group. This way we'll get lots of different viewpoints without getting overloaded on reading.
