Ideas on finding a singer/guitarist for our band

Hi Best of the Bay Area Bands Network members, I'm looking for some advice from you.
I'm looking for a singer (preferably who can also play rhythm guitar) to join our band, Rock Solid.  We've been gigging 2 - 4 times per month for the past couple of years, and after coming second in this year's K-Fox Last Band Standing competition, our singer decided to move on.  Now looking for a singer, preferably who can also play rhythm guitar, who enjoys Classic Rock & Blues.  Doesn't have to be at the top of his/her game, good voice, good attitude, great rhythm & willingness to work as part of a team more important.  We play all over the Bay area, and practice in the San Jose Willow Glen/Cambrian area, so should probably live or work not too far from there (FYI, our bass player lives in Gilroy, works in Fremont)
Have not had much luck with advertising on Craig's list, so thought I'd ask to see if you guys & gals have any suggestions on things I can do & places I can go, to try to find a great singer who will also be a good fit for our band.
cheers, Chris
