The South Metro Denver Chamber has teamed up with Project C.U.R.E. and established a sorting session on the 3rd Monday of every month from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.

In case you're not familiar with Project C.U.R.E., they are a local non-profit, founded in Evergreen, CO, that gathers unused medical supplies that would normally be thrown away. Those supplies are then sorted, boxed, and shipped to developing countries around the world in dire need of items as simple as latex gloves and sutures.

This amazing organization is saving lives around the world through their volunteer system. Only 2% of all funds donated to C.U.R.E. go to overhead. You can be a part of this volunteer system by coming out to the C.U.R.E. headquarters and helping to sort supplies.

I had no idea how robust their warehouse was and how many containers they were putting together. Project C.U.R.E. really makes a difference in the lives of so many who need it most. Very gald I was able to assist.

This was our first time to sort for Project Cure. We had a great time, had a chance to meet several Chamber Investors we hadn't met yet and really felt good about what we were able to accomplish. Would recommend anyone to participate. We will be back!

What an incredible organization Project CURE is! I brought the whole family to sort medical supplies and we all had a great experience! My teenage daughters are hooked and asked before we left when the next opportunity to serve will be! PS- if it is cold weather dress warm, the warehouse is not heated!

Great experience. Both of my kids really enjoyed helping and my daughter asked if we can come back every Monday night. The video was a great way to show them what this is really all about. We are glad to be a part of something that gives back to others!
