The RAV House Ribbon Cutting

Join Sue Santori for The RAV House Ribbon Cutting, Wednesday, October 6th from 4 - 6 pm with ribbon cut at 5 pm. The RAV is short for ravioli and their shop is a unique culinary experience featuring handmade food to go. Fresh pasta, artisan cheese, old world cured meats and gourmet meatballs head line their offerings. Hard to find products such as truffles, rilletes and Cornichon are available for purchase as well as other gourmet cooking ingredients. They are especially proud of their flavorful crackers made on site and the plethora of sweets, including chocolate from around the world that compliments their savory foods. At the RAV House you will find items ready to heat & serve, items from the freezer case you can take home to prepare & when you are in a hurry, call ahead & they will prepare a complete dinner for you to take home ready to eat! Planning a BIG Dinner? Need to serve a lot of people but don’t want to spend the cash for a catering company? Family style dinners can be created; mix and match from their menu to design a big feast. Just let them know how many you need to feed and how elaborate you want the presentation.

Everything was fantastic! Great owners, the food and feel of the store were just wonderful. I look forward to returning to purchase more of the Ravioli and many other things.

Very warm and inviting shop... the way you would shop if you lived in a very cool city and you came down from your multi-million dollar third floor apt and you were looking for some really good ravioli for dinner tonight! The difference at RAV House is you don't need to spend a fortune on the cool apt and the food is a GREAT value!
