It was targeted for a difference audience and I'm not convinced that audience was there. I got it that Twitter is limited to 140 characters and there's a lot of buzz about it and it's trendy, but not much about how businesses like mine can use it efficiently.

Very thought provoking. The actual applications of communication presented have such exciting possibilities previously not considered in relation to my own business. Now I am anxious to know more.
