RSVP Importance

We at the Chamber know that the courtesy of an RSVP became a "lost art" years ago however you'll be doing everyone a favor by simply "clicking" yes or no when you receive an e-mail MeetUp invitation.

Here is the top 5 reasons to RSVP by simply "clicking" yes or no.

1. Your host can plan the appropriate amount of food & beverage (and perhaps staffing needs) to ensure that you have a wonderful time.

2. You'll let everyone know you are attending so that businesspeople that might want to drive business to you, or purchase your product or service will know you are attending. (they might even attend b/c you are.)

3. You will know who else is attending to it will be easier to build a begin building a long term business relationship.

4. It assists the Chamber Staff in helping the host plan for each event.

5. If you RSVP Yes or Maybe it will send you a reminder e-mail - if you RSVP "No" you won't receive "reminder e-mails.

We deeply appreciate your best attempt to reply yes or no to each invitation. With over a dozen events every month - we realize that you need to "click" a dozen times more each month - but it helps everyone plan their business day much better when you reply and RSVP.

Some "lost arts" such as common courtesy simply help everyone succeed easier.

Thank you for supporting our fellow Chamber members by attending their/our events.

We are here to help you succeed.
