There are a lot more than one: my grandma's biscuits, Copper River King Salmon, Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie, Shrimp Po-Boy's, Peaches, Cherries, Lemon Meringue Pie, Ham Hocks and Greens, Spaghetti with Garlic and Oil, Ice Cream, a Double-Double, the Rice Pudding at the Grill on the Alley...
One that comes to mind first is every one in San Francisco at my favorite restaurant in the world, Gary Danko. Wow! Always delicious, beautiful, surprising, exquisite, full of mind-blowing flavor and their seamless and gracious service was the icing on the cake! Not only that, but their cheese course literally changed my life.
