How do you want to improve NYC?

Well, aside from the trash, graffiti, and congestion...I think it would be cool to have more mobile hotspots, especially underground and in parks so you can be riding the metro, waiting for your train, or sitting on a park bench and using wi-fi without having to pay for a 3G wireless plan through your mobile service provider.

Just starting to learn how to code through the NYCDA.
