I have a big crush on the work that they're doing, and would love a
change to meet some of them and discuss processes. Particularly the
gnarly process of moving content from legacy systems.
Re: shutdown. I happen, for the moment, to be one of the lucky ones,
as a part of our contract with the federal agency I work with is
funded from the *last* fiscal year. But as I page though Facebook, my
heart grows heavy for people not so lucky. I follow a fair number of
military Facebook pages...it isn't pretty. It's not a big deal if you
live in an urban area and the commissary shuts down--it is if your
base is in the middle of the desert.
Anyhoo, sorry about stopping the flood of puppies. I am going to look
for a way to help the folks not so lucky as I am if this thing goes
