Hi all-

My office, the NYC Office of Financial Empowerment (part of the Dept. of Consumer Affairs, the city’s consumer protection agency) is fielding a study in 2014 on mobile use and mobile financial services in NYC. We aim to look specifically at how mobile platforms and tech can support/are supporting financial inclusion in under and unbanked low and moderate income communities in the City. We are looking for an external research partner to help us field the study. Details on the solicitation can be found here ( Please fwd to any researchers or firms who might be interested!!!
