We hope you can join us for tonight's Civic Hacknight at Dev Bootcamp!
What is a Civic Hacknight?
This night is for technologists, designers, developers, and mapmakers who are working on projects. Consider this to be a bit of a study hall. Bring your projects, apps, datasets, and questions, and we will try to collectively answer them.
-Vijay Pandurangan of mitro.com will share how he discovered that the recently-published NYC Taxi Trip Data contained hashes that could be de-anonymized.
-Emily Goldman, of Cornell U, Department of City & Regional Planning will share her work on mapping the rent-stabilized building stock in Brooklyn. Having joined a PDF from the Rent Guidelines Board to the Pluto layer, she would next like to move beyond buildings, to units. Please RSVP on the Meetup Page!-Chris Whong
