GROUP POLICIES

* This is NOT a dating site
* All models at any shoot must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian.
* This isn't the shopping network, no product or business advertising is permitted.
* Respect for other members (physical, verbal, in writing and comfort zone) is to be demonstrated at all times
* No means no. repeated requests to a model to do anything outside of his or her comfort zone will not be tolerated
* Absolutely no non-consensual touching of a model at any time even for posing.
o Consent must be absolutely clear as to what any contact is for, and must be obtained from the model in advance.
* You are only as good as your word. Your reliability reflects on your reputation. This includes RSVPing, and for following up on image distribution
* Any shoot will conform to a pre-determined and published photographer to model ratio (generally 1:1 or 2:1).
o Unless otherwise stated, there is no over the shoulder shooting to occur at any event.
o Only the active photographer may direct the model at any time.
* Any non-group sponsored events or shoots that occur between members outside of the group are up to the participants to govern. The group and its organizers can not accept any responsibility anything that occurs at non-group sponsored events.


YOUR PROFILE

This is an visual group of people. Put a few photos of your self or your work in your profile. You should also visit your profile at least once in six months of you'll be removed automatically by meetup.com. To better understanding of what members want I ask a few profile questions. This gives me an idea as to what you would like to do, what makes you feel comfortable and a few other details. At a minimum, I request you complete the Introduction section because I would like to know a bit about you. I do the best to keep this group active and involve everyone, I would appreciate you taking a couple of minutes to update your profile questions. If you don't give me any information I can't plan events that you will attend.


GROUP EVENTS (PHOTO SHOOTS)

These kind of events are difficult to organize and are very expensive. There is the cost of studio rental, makeup kit fees, styling fees, food, etc. I can not and will not be able to cover all these expenses by myself. That's is why there is a shooting fee for the photographers. Try organizing one photo shoot for yourself and find out what it really costs. Each photographer only pays for a fraction of the total cost.


PAYING IS BELIEVING

One of the best ways to confirm how serious one is about an event is by paying the fee in advance. Paying in advance will allow you a discount. Sure, you can pay at the door but then it will be more expensive. I have already setup a Paypal account for the purpose of accepting funds. See RSVP and REFUND POLICY also.


PHOTOGRAPHS and USAGE

This is why the photo shoot events are organized. I love taking pictures. If you attend an event and want to post your pictures feel free to post them under the event! Photographers please do share the pictures with the models, makeup artists, and stylists within a reasonable (2-3 weeks) time frame. It may take longer to retouch and/or manipulation the photos. All photos taken in the group photo shoots are for personal use. That's means you may use the photos to promote yourself. No commercial usage is granted by all parties involved. This means you may not sell the photos or use the photos for any commercial gain without written consent from all parties involved.


R.S.V.P. - four very important letters and REFUND POLICY

Before you RSVP be 110% certain that you can attend and afford the posted event. If there is no fee posted please ask your organizer for an estimate. Do not double book yourself. This is not a game and I take this endevour seriously and if you then do not RSVP. If you RSVP YES to an event and if for a good reason you are unable to attend please RSVP with a NO. If an unexpected emergency happens within three days that makes it impossible for you to attend that event then change your RSVP status and I will refund all your money if this applies. If you kept changing your RSVP status the organizer will know and your account may be purged for good. Just three days before the event if your life is in jeopardy (written proof such as police record or doctor's note required) then you may change your RSVP and refund all your money otherwise no refund will be made. My mobile phone number will always be posted. Please review the no show policy below.

NO SHOW POLICY

It is sometimes understandable that things happen that will not allow you to attend events the last minute. The expectation is that if this happens to you call my mobile phone. My number is always posted on an event in case that happens. Understand again that I am working hard to make sure all these events happen for everyone who wants to attend. It is not fair to the members who want to RSVP but cannot due to limit restrictions and someone just doesn't show up. The group needs everyone that RSVP to show up to make it work. Imagine you are the photographers and don't show up. There will be no photos. See the RSVP and refund policy also.

What's the rule?
ONE no show and you're out! Yes this is a bit harsh.
