Learn how to ride your bike safely and confidently through a Bike SmartCycling course from the League of American Bicyclists with Jeffrey Lynne.

What to bring:
notepad and pen
bike and riding gear
lunch and drinks

Topics to be covered (include, but are not limited to):

- Bike handling in various environments
- Group and solo riding skills and etiquette
- Riding with traffic
- Legal issues relevant to cyclists
- Nutrition and training in Florida's climate
