Stress: Portrait of a Killer
Dir. David Klagstrum, 2008, 58 min.
This film really goes to show exactly why stress happens in us, why it's useless in some ways, and concretely shows you its negative and insidious effects on pretty much every single aspect of your life. If you're overweight, you'll find it useful, if you're a college student, you'll find how it can help you get a better GPA, and if you're unhappy in your work place, it can show you what problem you're having and show you in which ways you could solve that issue.

The Happy Movie
Dir. Roko Belic, 2010, 75 min.
What's the formula for happiness? That's the question Roko Belic, co-founder of Wadi Rum Films, sets out to answer in making his latest documentary. This feature-length social documentary focuses on the message that happiness is controllable, and not necessarily dependent on circumstances such as income. Happy takes us around the world, looking at different people in various economic situations, and with the help of happiness science, gauging their level of happiness. Although happiness is not found in dollar notes or bank transfers, there is a correlation between wealth and contentment – but probably not in the way you might think. So will watching The Happy Movie change your life? It just might.
