SUMMER 2011 BEACH VOLLEYBALL

Pier 25 in Manhattan is SOLD OUT , however, Big City Volleyball and Metro Beach Sports are excited to announce another excellent beach volleyball venue for the Summer of 2011!

On Monday and Wednesday evenings we're organizing our Summer 6v6 and 4v4 Co-Ed Beach Volleyball Leagues on BROOKLYN BRIDGE PARK'S PIER 6 new beach volleyball courts, located at the end of Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn Bridge Park.

With three brand new courts, professional net systems with in-ground poles with spectacular lighting and stupendous views of New York Harbor, downtown Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge, our first summer session in this exciting new venue will begin shortly.

Games will start between 7pm and 9pm Monday & Wednesday evenings.

SEASON STARTS August 1st. With open scrimmages for individuals. The entrance fee is set at $950 for 6v6 and $750 for 4v4 plus T-Shirts.

Space is extremely limited so sign up today. Our first summer session sold out and we are sure to Sell Out again!!!

How To Register as an Individual: (Open Scrimmage)

Players without teams will soon find this situation remedied! Come to our Open Scrimmage at Pier 6, Monday August 1st at 7pm ready to play, as teams form out of players at the same skill level.

BRING YOUR CHECKBOOK , because no one will be placed on a team who hasn't paid. If your team has 10 players for 6v6, the fee will be $95 per person. If your team has six players for 4v4 the fee will be $125. Fewer players on a team (more playing time) will cost slightly more. Fee includes court time, professional refs, T-shirts, prizes, and more!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
