We don't really do aerobics... your heart rate is up in a fat burning range because of the compound movements. For example, DB Squats with a shoulder press into a bent over row. You are working at your 70%... so the weight varies according to your fitness, fatigue and stamina. It is a great mix, especially if you are looking to learn the basics while incorporating a new fresh alternative into your workout.
