I'm not a member now, as I don't live in Southie anymore but Boston Athletic Club near the World Trade Center/Design Center/etc. in South Boston is great and I know they used to rent their courts out for pros who were coming here for tournaments.
You might also try the Mount Auburn Club in Watertown. Terrific facilities. A little snobby, but good people for the most part.
The only problem is Saturday and Sunday mornings tend to be a very busy time for these places, so if you can be flexible it'd probably be in your best interest.
Might also try Boston Univerisity's or Northeastern's Student Athletic facilities. Students may not be back in session from their winter break (hence, less busy), and the facilities are very nice.

Subject: [bike-207] Does any member belong to a Tennis Club?
Dear Bike 207 Group,
Happy New Year,
I'm looking to hear from any member who belongs to a tennis club for our upcoming event on Sunday January 20, 2007 at 10:30 AM.
I will contact several clubs to see if we can reserve courts as a non-member for the date above.
