The clams, sushi, and lobster are not the norm at all, but I wanted to give you the big picture. For some of the nutrients, I know many vegans will not, but sushi is the best way for B 12 as heat kills this in foods. I know, mercury, and I make my juice to detox heavy metals...
Andree! How are you making out? To update you, I am on my 29th day coming off of the Paleo diet with 800 calories restricted. Today, my buddy calculated that I consume 3,200 calories! I just stop because I am full. Basically, as long as it's RAW, don't worry... So I drink as much Juice as I want and eat as many Bananas, Dates, Avacados, Watercress Salids and 50% Raw soups. I do eat about 2 soft boiled eggs with sea salt, Cherry Stone clams (Raw or boiled), lobster if I can afford it, and Sushi.
Ran out of Room- A scale that measures Fat, Bone density, water, muscle, and total weight. If not you might gain muscle, water and bone density if you work out. You may actually have lost fat which is the lighter of them all, but shows up the most prevalent! I am leaning up with only 5 days of 3 8 oz servings for main meals, and 4 oz in between if I get hungry or feel I need a boost. I eat large dates and bananas. I don't crave any chocolates, cookies, pizza, or ice cream anymore!
Andree! I got some great tips. I have been reviewing some crazy frutarian diets with calories about 2,500 to 3,000. On the Paleo, I found out that for me to loose weight, I had to restrict myself to 700 calories. Yes, that was very tough and I cut out breads all together. This diet, or now my new life style because of the way I fell has allowed me to have no calorie restrictions. See my juice recipe on another group. Boston Raw Food Meetup Group. You are just too funny. Here's a little secret though, my hat is so active during the weekend because it just sits there all week and does nothing while I go to work. :-)
