If you're interested in tackling hills and building your VO2 max, let's practice.
This loop starts and ends in Irvine. It's 30 miles long with the hilliest part in the middle, after we've warmed up some with first a flat beginning, then a moderate climb. At about the 20 mile mark, we will coast down for a coffee stop in Foothill Ranch. The remaining 10 miles are flat.
