The Michigan Veterans Foundation Bike Ride for Homeless Veterans

Join a fun free ride to help support Homeless Veterans in the Detroit area. The ride starts at the Veterans Foundation on Park Avenue, heads down to Eastern Market, then travels along the Dequindre cut to Hart Plaza, and then up Woodward Avenue returning to the Foundation. See Detroit from the street up and help a great cause! We can't forget what these men and women have done for us, show your support. It will be a fun non-competitive ride to help generate awareness for our Vets. A t-shirt and medal will be awarded to all participants, and a brand new bike will be up for raffle which you will have a chance to win by purchasing raffle tickets.

If you wish to donate to The Michigan Veterans Foundation, we are a 501-C3 tax deductible charity, and will gladly accept any bicycle related item or monetary donations for the Men and Women who have served us so well in the Armed Forces!

Hi Yvette, I'm doing OK. Gary is the person who suggested this ride and any additional questions might be better answered by him.

It's too soon to tell but I may have a conflict and may not be attending but it sounds like a great cause.

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
