Slow Roll PROM

Slow Roll is a group bicycle ride in Detroit that meets every Monday night in Detroit. The ride meets at a different venue and takes a unique route each week. Slow Roll is for everyone; all ages, skill levels and types of bikes are welcome. Our slow pace keeps the group safe and gives riders a unique perspective of our great city and its neighborhoods.

Currently in it's fourth season, Slow Roll has quickly become Michigan's largest weekly bike ride, and now with 3000+ riders each week and Slow Rolls popping up around the Globe, we are becoming the largest weekly bike ride in the WORLD [watch out Denver Bike Night]. An amazing and diverse group joins us from all over Southeast Michigan and beyond, creating what we consider one of the greatest gatherings of all time.

The positive energy and community driven atmosphere is what keeps people coming back and sharing the Slow Roll experience with their friends and loved ones!

This Monday they are meeting at Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit (MOCAD) Prom attire is suggested. Distance will be 10-15 miles @ about an 8-10 mph pace.

I meant to ask, are things changed or are we still meeting at Traffic Jam.

Traffic Alert: Expect more traffic heading to and from downtown. The Lions game begins at 7 pm and the Tigers game ends around then. Avoid the stadium area if you can.

NEW LOCATION! This has been moved from Saint Andrew's Hall to MOCAD on Woodward (possibly due to Detroit Tigers and Lions traffic). It will be difficult to meet as a group with so many people there but I will announce a more specific meetup location before Monday.
