Just to let you know that our next FREE Krav maga/Self Defense initiation class in english for Women Beginners will take place on Saturday 20th April and Saturday 27th April at the American Chruch in Paris from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm in the Gym room

The class is open to beginners willing to learn basics of self defense.

Hello Alexandra, I arranged to go running with AlexJ from the running group this morning (Saturday) at 10:30am. I just cancelled meeting him because I have a sore throat and don't feel well. If you are interested in running this morning, you may wish to message him and see if he is still interested. We were going to meet at the metro Buttes Chaumont at 10:30am.
