Description: This is a really cool 50 mile, mostly flat ride from SF to Palo Alto. Intermediate, moderately fast paced 14-18 MPH on flats depending on tailwind/headwind. There is usually more of a tailwind going south. Unfortunately, no sweeper on this ride. Several Caltrain bailout options. Bring a smart phone to be able to locate the nearest one.
Meet: 9:15 AM meet and greet 9:30 sharp, ready to roll.
I can not estimate times at alternative meeting places, but our first stop will be Peet's in downtown SSF here: http://goo.gl/maps/nA0vy @ 11:30 or so. I will not be checking my phone for texts once the ride begins.
