Moraga Lafayette counter clockwise.

Basically the same ride that got canceled two weeks ago, with a few modifications. Hopefully it won't rain this time around.

Details: ~45 miles, 13-14 MPH average pace, 16+ Mph on flats, ~ 3900 feet elevation gain. 10 min. wait max at the top of hills.

Meet: 9:15 AM North Berkley BART, Depart 9:30 AM. I ride a black and silver bike with a yellow bag on the back. I will be on the north east side near the station exit.

Stops: One quick bathrooms/water stop at Sibley. We will stop for lunch in Lafayette.

I might change things slightly but it should be pretty close to this route. Make sure you know the route well enough to get back if you lose the group. We will wait for up to 10 minutes at the top of hills. There is a chance to bail at Lafayette BART if you are unable to complete the ride (around mile 29).

Hazards: Make sure to bring whatever you need to stay warm. This is also the possibility of rain/wet roads. You are responsible for your own safety.

Bring: Tube, pump, two bottles water, snacks, helmet, warm clothing.

Rain or drizzle cancels.

Any thoughts on when we might be back to the BART station? I would love to do the route; looks great. Also, would you mind breakaways on the climbs?

Yeah break always are fine. Officially there is a ten minute wait at the tops of hills, though if you have somewhere to be and want to go on ahead that's fine. I would guess we would be back around[masked] depending on how long we stop for and how energetic people are.
