BISH Bash/Audio Alley bi-monthly meetup: Hosted by iZotope

UPDATE Nov 25, 2013: SOLD OUT! With over 145 confirmed RSVPs, we regret that our event space is full.  Please add your name to the wait list and we'll notify you if we have some cancellations.

---

Join over a 100 confirmed RSVPs (!) for drinks, bites, and networking with your peers in the Bay Area music/audio tech industry!

We will be hosting our friends and colleagues from the surrounding "Audio Alley".   The term "Audio Alley" has been around since 1999. It's a stretch South of Market Street in San Francisco hosting digital audio tech companies. It's original members include Listen.com, Napster, SonicNet, Spinner/Nullsoft, Liquid Audio, Gigabeat and Live365.com - most of whom are sadly no longer with us.

In 2013, a new Audio Alley emerges with leading companies having office space here, including:  Sennheiser, Smule, Dolby, Adobe, Gracenote, iZotope, Ubisoft, and many more!

This is a FREE event hosted by iZotope, Inc.

Note the attendee list includes everyone who has RSVPed on this page as well over 85 people at : http://audioalleysf.eventbrite.com/.  You do not need to dual signup.

Great. A few folks I knew and a whole bunch I didn't. Good food and BEER, too.

I had a great time at this event. There was good representation from many corners of the Bay Area with Massey, Pandora, Starkey, UA, Google, Apple, Sony, and of course iZotope and the rest of Audio Alley. I made useful new connections with people working on products/services I like, had a few in-depth discussions about the challenges we faced, got a couple fresh ideas on potential solutions to my own, found I had friends/colleagues in common with a few people AND there was free beer and food...overall it was a great use of my time as an audio engineer and sound manipulator. If you were coming for presentations or a more formal event, or weren't interested in networking, you might have been disappointed. However, I got a lot of value and would go again!

Just a mixer - no presentations of any sort. Purely an Audio Alley Insider event, not worth driving up from the South Bay during rush hour.
