BLAB Message Board › User Journey Specialist required at a top five company
Imagine a store where nothing is clear. You want to buy something but can't get through the maze that greets you once stumbling through the entrance and having hurdle other trollies in the aisle. Would you buy?
Now imagine a store where what you want is handed to you, you're informed of all the fabulous things it will do for you, and this makes you happy. You'd buy then wouldn't you?
