The Amateur Astronomy Association of New York ( is pleased to present to its members a seven week class on The Solar System by Jacyln Avidon, formerly of NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab. The class will be held seven consecutive Wednesday nights in midtown's elegant Cicatelli Training Center.

For those who want to attend the class for AAA members and who haven't already joined AAA, please go to and join us for the reasonable annual membership fee of $35 a year.

Your membership dues pay for our use of the Kaufman Auditorium at the American Museum of Natural History for eight superb, free Astronomy lectures a year and other expenses involved in promoting free stellar, solar and planetary observing sessions several times a month. AAA members also receive monthly issues of the AAA's highly current, readable and informative journal on Astronomy, "Eyepiece."
