The Amateur Astronomers Association is proud to present an astronomy lecture series from October through May each year for our members and the public. Everyone is welcome to attend. Admission to the lecture is free, and no reservations or tickets are required. The lectures are held at the Kaufmann Theater of the American Museum of Natural History, on Central Park West between 77th and 81st streets. Please use the 77th Street entrance. Lectures begin at 6:15 p.m. and run to 8:00 p.m.

Enjoyed the lecture and the meetup discussion afterwards. Added bonus-hearing breaking news on the gravity waves finding and learned about "tunneling" setting off the "Big Bang!"

One of the best presenters you've ever had. Exactly how close are we to transparent aluminum?
