Ruth facilitates 6-session Circles, usually twice/year -- next dates tba. We discuss and practice the powerful, practical tools of the Toltec path in the lineage of don Miguel Ruiz, author of the Four Agreements, weaving in gems from a variety of mystery school traditions.
Together we explore techniques that support you as you walk your own path with greater depth. These circles are an opportunity to participate in a supportive, friendly community, and nurture yourself as you learn to live more honestly and fearlessly, freeing yourself from self-judgment and self-imposed limitations.
